All Out Bash PackageYou don’t lift a finger. This is where I handle every stage of the invitations for you. Design, printing and assembly. Once complete, I package them up beautifully ready for a safe delivery and for you to send to your loved ones.
How it works
I like to begin with a call to get to know you both and chat through the type of stationery you’re looking for, whether that’s Save the Dates, Invitation Suites, or something entirely bespoke. During our conversation, I’ll ask about your plans for the day, your venue, and the overall style and feel you’d love for your wedding. I’ll also check which package you’re most interested in. We’ll talk through any design ideas you already have, which helps me gather everything I need to create a detailed quote.
If you decide to move forward, I’ll send over a contract for you to review and upon signature, make a deposit payment to secure your booking.
Once that’s in place, I’ll create a mood board tailored to your ideas, incorporating any personal touches or inspiration you’ve shared. We’ll also confirm the exact wording for your invitations. I’ll guide you with etiquette, phrasing, addressing formats, and RSVP wording if needed.
Then the exciting part begins…
I’ll create your first set of design mock-ups so you can see your stationery starting to come to life. We’ll then arrange a call to review the designs together and make any refinements or additions you’d like. This stage includes one round of feedback, which is usually enough to perfect your designs. If you’d like to continue with further revisions beyond this, additional feedback rounds are available and charged at £35 per hour.
Finally once you’re completely happy, I take care of the printing and assembly of your invitations for you ready to package up and send to you.
This process typically takes around 6-8 weeks once your contract is signed.
